Pro-Life Man Sued by Abortion Groups for Calling Abortion Murder

Mark Lee Dickson, a pro-life activist in Texas, is being sued by three pro-abortion organizations for referring to abortion groups as “criminal organizations” and abortion as “murder.” Dickson is the director of Right to Life East Texas, an organization that has worked to declare various cities and towns in Texas as sanctuaries for the pre-born. The same abortion groups that are now suing him – the Lilith Fund, the Afiya Center, and the Texas Equal Access Fund – had previously worked with the ACLU of Texas and ACLU National to sue cities for banning abortion within their jurisdiction. For example, as Attorney General of California, Harris persecuted pro-life journalist David Daleiden, after he used his First Amendment rights to expose the illegal trafficking of baby body parts by Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry.

Harris also consistently voted to support unlimited abortion. While as Senator on the Senate Judiciary Committee, Harris smeared Justice Brett Kavanaugh during his confirmation hearing, using unsubstantiated accusations to attack Kavanaugh and to try to win support from the fringe, pro-infanticide wing of the Democratic Party.

We’ll repeat it for the 1 millionth time, but being radically pro-abortion is not a good way to win over a majority of voters. Consider the findings of our 2019 poll of Millennials that found:

7 of 10 Millennials support limits on abortion through specific policies like parental notification, limiting abortions later in pregnancy like at 5 months of pregnancy, and opposition to government funding of abortion.
Only 7 percent shared the position of the Democratic Party Platform – abortion without any exceptions and funded by tax dollars.
More Millennials than not support Roe’s reversal. Asked directly about support for overturning Roe and returning abortion to the states, 41 percent supported Roe’s reversal.
65 percent of Millennials support the right to vote on abortion-related policy and want a voice on abortion policy
56 percent of Millennials, oppose selling Chemical Abortion drugs on-line or dropping the requirement for a physical exam because of the risks to women.
By about a 3 to 1 margin (48 percent to 17 percent), Millennials said they preferred that their tax monies went to Federally Qualified Health Centers rather than the abortion giant, Planned Parenthood.
