SFLA says that on-going legal action against David Daleiden and CMP over Planned Parenthood’s sales of infant body parts represents “shooting the messenger”
“As we learned in the civil trial that Planned Parenthood brought after being embarrassed by their inhumane practice of harvesting of baby body parts, their gruesome business continues,” said SFLA’s Kristan Hawkins. “Yet the U.S. Department of Justice investigation against the nation’s number one abortion vendor is stalled while the civil and now criminal actions against David Daleiden and his team were pushed forward. This truly represents ‘shooting the messenger’ who let America know about Planned Parenthood’s mistreatment and profiteering from broken bodies.”
WASHINGTON D.C. (12-06-19) – Reacting to news that the judge in the criminal prosecution of David Daleiden is allowing the case to proceed, Students for Life of America President Kristan Hawkins said that this truly was a case of shooting the proverbial messenger, who showed America through the videos created by the Center for Medical Progress that Planned Parenthood had created a secret funding stream by harvesting and selling baby body parts from abortion.
“The U.S. Department of Justice should at least be as determined in looking into Planned Parenthood’s behavior as the abortion activists have been in getting David Daleiden in court,” Hawkins said.
